Using Affiliate Links in Your PLR Content

Published by Paul Kleinmeulman Under PLR Articles, PLR Content on 27 July, 2007, 7:04 pm

A main way to monetize your private label rights (PLR) products is to insert affiliate links in your PLR content. For example, when a buyer clicks on your affiliate link that’s placed inside your PLR ebook or article, you earn a percentage of the sale.

However, affiliate programs vary. Some have only one product for you to market, while others offer you a wide range of products. Some affiliate programs share stats so that you can track your campaigns while some have none. And so on.

To get the most out of your efforts, some important affiliate program features to look for include:

• Participation Cost – Some top affiliate programs are free like Clickbank.com and Commission Junction at cj.com. Others require you to sample or purchase the product or service first before you can get an affiliate link, which isn’t bad because it helps if you know the product well so that you can tell others about it. So look around. And if you are already using products, see if they have affiliate programs.

• Multi-Levels or Tiers – Most affiliate programs are one-tier where you earn money based upon the sales you get through your links. However, there are two-tier programs available where you not only earn for your sales, but also for sales generated by affiliate sellers who sign up under you (i.e. someone you sponsor or bring into the affiliate program). For example, you might earn 50 % for sales through your own link and 20% for sales made through affiliates who’ve signed up under your account. So if you’re interested in recruiting your own sales force, a two-tier program might be the way to go. So look for those.

• Stats – Some affiliate programs offer tools that present stats in their member’s area. You can review the number of people who clicked on your affiliate link versus how many purchased. However, others don’t have anything like this in their program – and you may not need it because you can set up your own tracking with software out there, even in your autoresponder program. So make sure you have a means to track your efforts, if that’s important to you, so that you can see what works and what doesn’t with your marketing time, effort and funds.

• Marketing and Sales Aids – Some affiliate programs come with not only products for you to sell but complete mini-websites with copywriting, order buttons, full color graphics and everything already set up for you to use. Then all you have to do is market. However, others don’t. They give you a link, a member’s area where you can monitor stats and maybe a couple articles that you can brand. But it’s up to you to use PLR ebooks, reports, articles and other means to sell. So see what works best for you, taking into consideration your time, funds and energy for sales and marketing.

• Payment Issues – Review payment rules and regs. Find out if you get paid by check or Paypal or other means and how frequently. And see if you are paid per sign up or sale, or once a month with a minimum payout. If the payout is too high, for instance if it takes 10 sales at $100 each before you receive a check, you might want to consider moving on to other programs where you can earn faster to help bring in income now, if that’s your goal.

So do a little research on affiliate programs before you start adding affiliate links to your PLR content. If you’re already in a good PLR membership that gives you plenty of ebooks, articles and other resources for selling, you don’t need much else for a good affiliate program. Simply insert your affiliate links and go!

How I Made $2716.62 Using PLR…

Published by Paul Kleinmeulman Under Private Label Rights on 24 July, 2007, 7:48 pm

The Rockefellers Got It Right…

“You don’t get Rich by working - you get Rich by Profiting from the work of OTHERS…”

Read that again… and understand what I am trying to share with you.

You don’t have to do the hard work, such as product creation, in your online business because there are much easier, more instant and cheaper ways. Three years ago, I was one of the first people to sell private label rights and now it has become HUGE in the world of internet marketing. Yet it is still one of the quickest, easiest and cheapest ways to get instant products to sell or quality content to create traffic attracting websites.

And now I am in love with PLR for another reason. You can instantly make a membership site using private label rights content for instant AND constant cash.

Take for instance my new Espired Membership. When I initially launched the site, all the content was modified private label rights content, which took me just a couple of hours to modify. Without any partners, that site has already made me $2716.62 in instant cash sales PLUS it will also give me a recurring income every month, and its ONLY JUST BEGUN.

In a few hours I will send an email to my 1600+ affiliates and let them promote it and then it will really explode PLUS in the next few weeks I will be personally contacting every owner of a related product and allow them to give a free 30 day access to Espired Membership as a bonus to their customers, when the 30 days is up they will be charged $9.97/month for as long as they stay a member. That’s only possible with memberships and that’s why I love them so much. And it was all possible due to PLR.

In other words PLR… ROCKS!

Now, I want to tell you about a fantastic opportunity, Instant PLR Cash…

In fact here is a little review I put together…

First, this site isn’t full of just a bunch of junk private label products…

Once inside, you’ll get access to over 1000 brand new PLR articles that you’ll have private label resell rights too. These articles cover over 40 popular and profitable niches! You’ll also get PLR to ebooks, audios, videos, websites, graphics, and much more.

But now here is the BEST thing….

The great thing about Instant PLR Cash is that the site really doesn’t focus on giving you PLR products. The focus is on teaching you how to make money with the PLR products that you get when you join, the ones you have, and the ones you’ll buy in the future.

There are actually 9 full length step-by-step video courses inside that will teach you many different ways that you can start using PLR (private label rights) products to quickly and easily make money online!

Just the incredible PLR products, and these video courses would make the small investment more than worth it, but what you get doesn’t stop there!

You’ll also get…

Access to Instant PLR Cash’s “Profit Ware” section where you can submit articles, submit your RSS feeds, and use an incredible site builder to make profit sucking websites using nothing but PLR content!

Access to the PLR forum, where you can communicate with PLR experts, buy, sell, and trade PLR products, use the “Traffic System” and so much more…

Instant PLR Cash really is an all inclusive site where you could virtually sign up, get your content, learn to make money with it, and be profiting in no time.

No other site out there offers this, and that’s why I highly recommend that you get your lifetime membership to Instant PLR Cash by going to Instant PLR Cash

Just so you know…

To keep this site exclusive and allow members the best chance to make money, they are only excepting 1000 members. When the site hits 1000 members, the doors will be closed forever. Yes, forever means they will never again except new members, so you better get your spot right now before they are all gone… I was just instant messaging, John Hostler one of the owners of the site and he said that they had sold 238 memberships in just 6 hours so this is something that is going to sell out fast. Check out Instant PLR Cash

If you already have PLR on your hard drive and don’t know how to use it this lifetime membership can help you.

If you are just starting or just, want to add another stream of income to your money belt… Instant PLR Cash can help.

All the best for your Instant PLR success.

Growing Your Business with PLR and eBay

Published by Paul Kleinmeulman Under PLR and eBay on 13 July, 2007, 2:06 pm

A lot of Internet marketers use private label rights (PLR) products and eBay to grow their businesses. Here’s how…

• Some PLR memberships come packaged with keyword lists. Use these along with other research tactics to find popular selling items in your niches. You can use the free eBay Pulse section or eBay’s research paid tools to see which products are popular sellers / hot items: check out the auction prices, win info, digital photos, auction sales copy, and specials or bonuses, etc. The goal is to see what you think prompted shoppers to place bids and compete.

• Find good PLR products to sell. Check the rights you have with your license to make sure you can sell your PLR on eBay. Some may require minimum pricing or minimum changes to the original content first. Then package some PRL content into small reports to sell at low cost as lead generators. And package other PLR content as upsells – ebooks, guides, etc. These can be sold either through high-priced auctions and / or off eBay through your own website, ezine / newsletter or blog.

• Set up a basic plan to tackle the following, automating what you can and systemizing the rest for optimum results with minimal effort, time and money:

- Packing and branding your PLR content.

- Adding money-making avenue streams to your packages and PLR content: affiliate product ads and links, banner ads, graphics links to sales pages, etc.

- Uploading the electronic files to your delivery area, setting up automated delivery systems.

• Start with baby steps. You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on the best video, audio, photo, word processing, automation and other software, for example. Take it easy and proceed slow and steady. Ask on Internet marketing and other forums to see which types of software are available for free or cheap and which have free trial downloads. Automation and other shopping cart systems also offer trials at no charge. So surf around and tire kick. Then slowly grow as sales close, maybe partnering with a friend to co-create packages or getting creative other ways with joint venture opportunities.

• Test different PLR package combinations, automation and delivery set ups, stats, your ad copy and other aspects of your business and operations over time. Then as you find good items and systems that work, repeat them. Thus you’ll have your own systems and won’t need to waste more time, money and effort on these aspects of our business.

• Invest in your business with advanced Internet marketing training, eBay tools and training, your own niche training, etc. Don’t get lazy. Stay in tune with the marketplace.

• Keep trying. Don’t let a failure hold you back. Re-brand something, re-package it, revise it - -and try again. No one is successful 100% of the time. Hang in there. Encourage others and they’ll encourage you in return.

Put these tips to work for your business. Join a lot of Internet marketers who use PLR products and eBay, and grow your business, too.

Sincerely,

Paul Kleinmeulman

What You Need to Do Before Submitting Your PLR Articles

Published by Paul Kleinmeulman Under PLR Articles on 8 July, 2007, 6:49 pm

Get back to basics before you submit your private label rights (PLR) articles to online article directories. Think back to your earlier school years and dust off those skills you thought you might never use again.

If you’ve got a product or service to sell, you probably have a web site. If you don’t, you need to either get one or use affiliate or PLR sites, and then take some time to determine what kind of content you need to both attract and keep your reader’s attention in order to sell your items.

Next take a look at the PLR articles you have. Of course, the first thing to do is to make sure that the content you provide is well written and informative. Grammatical or other kinds of mistakes that come from poor writing skills are going to drive readers (and thus your traffic) away faster than anything else you might do. So go through your PLR articles, revise them to fit your marketing needs and edit them as needed.

Then before you rush off and add your byline or resource box and submit them to article submission services or directories, check the content in your articles to make sure that you haven’t made the following mistakes:

1. Don’t forget to provide useful and accurate information in your articles.

If you’re submitting your articles to generate leads and promote your products as well as your web site, you’ll want to provide articles with content that has truly interesting and accurate information that’s useful to the reader. Even though you’ll want this information to be “teaser” information that will cause him or her to come to your web site and purchase the products, and it still has to be both targeted and informative.

So avoid any hype or other useless information whose only purpose is to drive traffic to your site, word about this will get around very quickly and this will actually hurt your traffic and therefore your sales. Make sure that the information you provide is absolutely targeted for your reading audience and useful to the reader by itself, not just as a means to sell your product or products.

2. Don’t forget to take every opportunity available to market your articles — and then look for some more opportunities.

After you’ve made sure that you provide valuable information to your reader in your articles, look for ways to promote, promote, promote with the articles to increase traffic to your web site. Among the first of these are keywords. Although search engines are becoming increasingly “smart” and you can no longer pad your articles with keywords the way you used to in order to get noticed, you can carefully include keywords sparingly in your article content that truly is relevant to what you’re talking about. This will increase links to your site and therefore, more search engine results will bring your site up in the results.

Also look for other marketing means like using snippets of you articles on blogs and in forum posts, and tagging them in social networking sites as helpful resources for others. And there’s always pay-per-click, pointing readers to your articles.

3. Don’t break the rules. Before you submit to directories, make sure that you meet their guidelines.

Internet writing is a special kind of writing, in that what you say it needs to be in relatively short and to the point, with eye-catching headlines that will make the reader want to check out the content. Then make sure that the articles you write are both free of character errors (i.e. run your content through a text editor first like Notepad) and easy to read, and that you have the allotted number of hyper links in the body of the article(s) as well as the resource box.

By taking these few steps, you’ll ensure that your web site gets the publicity you need and you’ll be able to increase your traffic and return on investment in turn. It pays to take a time out to check these few things first when using PLR articles.

All the best for your online success.

Sincerely,

Make Money in the PLR Business

Published by Paul Kleinmeulman Under Make Money with PLR on 27 June, 2007, 11:44 am

People in all parts of the world make money working from home. And more and more people are doing so by using private label rights (PLR) products.

Products and services created with PLR materials are bought and sold daily in nearly every niche market imaginable from the pet industry, to weddings, to work at home, finance, cooking, healthcare, self improvement and a lot more other areas. Just head to eBay and you’ll run into no shortage of auctions going on made at least in part from PLR content.

In short, there’s never been a better time to make money with a PLR business. And there’s no better way to get your own business going than to learn tried-and-true tips from someone one who’s been there, done that.

So to help you get started and grow your own PLR business, here are some tips:

1) Start with free help from library books and places online like the Small Business Administration (SBA.gov) on topics like: work at home, home-based business, basic business (and marketing) plans. Also research books, magazines and other industry publications (trade journals, newsletters, ezines, etc.) that cover your favorite niches for ideas on what sells best that you could package out of your PLR content for the general public or your target audience.

2) Next research different types of business opportunities within your favorite niche for ideas on what you want to sell: products, services or both – all packaged with your PLR content. For example, you could create reports, guides, tutorials, for starters. Start book marking online sites that may become competitors and those that may be sources for you (like wholesale companies with products you could package along with your reports or guides).

3) Seek out and bookmark online sites that boast helpful business and niche articles, tips and resources, too. You might find great ezines or print newsletters and niche reports and other information to sign up for, giving you ideas on what to offer your target audience using your PLR content as a basis and adding to it, making it unique.

4) Look for networking sites to book mark next: forums for your niche industry, for Internet marketers, for home-based business people, etc. You want to build a network so that you can find help and resources plus give back to the community, too, helping others along the way.

5) Become a lifelong student of affiliate marketing tactics and strategies. Always be on the lookout for affiliate products or services you could package with your PLR content for making money. And think about setting up your own affiliate marketing program, too, based upon the rules of your PLR license.

Become a lifelong student of the PLR business. Increasing your knowledge of the PLR industry means growing your PLR business. And that’s a win-win.

All the best for your online success.
